Conference attendees must register prior to attending the conference.

Conference registration includes conference bag, name tag, program, access to all sessions, morning / afternoon refreshment breaks, and lunch.

Registration fee information

The MIT Portugal Annual Conference is supported by public funds from Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT). The MIT Portugal Program has the obligation to allocate these funds in a judicious and reasonable manner.

Setting up a conference and providing a unique experience to all participants requires booking many services that depend on the number of attendees.

The 10€ registration fee aims to make attendees accountable for the misuse of public funds in the case of no-show.
